3D generation is included
There is no setup fee and nothing to pay per product. Every plan includes 3D generation for as many products as the plan allows: we build the model from your product photos, run the automated checks and make one redo if the first model is not right. Upload your own GLB and it counts the same way. Hand-modelled or complex items are quoted on request.
The plan sets how many products are live on your store at once and how many try-on sessions shoppers start each month. 3D views and AR placement do not count as try-on sessions. The Free plan covers 3 products.

Pricing questions
Will it slow down my store?
Our storefront script is under 20 KB and loads with your page. The 3D viewer, AR and try-on code load only when a shopper taps a button. If anything fails, shoppers see your original product images, never a broken widget. We will publish a before-and-after Lighthouse report.
How do I get 3D models of my products?
Upload your product photos from a few angles and enter the real size, or upload your own GLB. We generate a draft, run automated checks for scale and orientation, and you approve it. One redo per product is included. Glass, mirrors and very thin or see-through items are harder; complex or hand-modelled items are quoted on request.
Can I download my 3D models?
Yes. Your models are downloadable as GLB files, with no lock-in: download any approved model and use it anywhere, such as Shopify’s native 3D media, ads, or AR elsewhere.
What happens if I hit my plan's limit?
You get warnings at 80% and 100% of your monthly try-on sessions, then a 10% grace allowance. After that, shoppers see your regular product photos until the next month or until you upgrade. Your page never breaks, and we never charge overage without your agreement.
Can I see if shoppers use it?
Yes. The dashboard shows eligible views, 3D opens, consent rate and try-on sessions, with CSV export. It also shows how much of your monthly session allowance you have used, so the 80% and 100% warnings are never a surprise. 3D views without the camera do not count as try-on sessions.
What if something breaks?
You reach a person, not a ticket queue: Founding Partners get the founder’s direct line. Install diagnostics show what’s wrong and the one step that fixes it.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the dashboard (through Shopify billing after our App Store launch). Your approved 3D models stay downloadable as GLB files.
What does the free tier include?
Three live products, with the 3D viewer, AR placement and GLB download, plus try-on for eyewear behind the consent screen and 200 try-on sessions a month. 3D generation is included, with one redo per product. The one difference from paid plans: the button shows a small Trialhood badge. Paid plans remove it.
